Nuance Chocolate makes chocolate. Authentic, honest, spirited chocolate. We start by selecting premium cacao beans from ethical sources around the globe, which we gently roast in small batches to develop depth and range. Had a wonderful chocolate tasting! Bought some to take back with me to the Phoenix area and am now hoarding what I have left. Absolutely no doubt that this is the best chocolate that I have ever had the privilege and pleasure to eat! Thanks guys for your passion to make an outstanding product!

Love their taster flight and the variety of their chocolate drinks, from mildly sweet to sweet to unsweetened. Plus, the staff was very friendly. The experience was very pleasant!
Great experience. Had a blast sampling chocolate from different beans and countries. Take a chance and see what real chocolate taste like.
The gentleman working today was very polite and explained the buisiness' mission, where they source, where they make it, how they're different from other companies, and all the various types of chocolate they make. The dark chocolate is far from being bitter (like we've all been taught it should be), the truffles are beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. I'll definitely have to come back this weekend for a chocolate flight so that I can really get all they have to offer!
