I received Nuance for Christmas, I am usually a milk chocolate lover.... but the Vanilla Milk 45% Cacao had made me rethink that. Loved the chocolate, can't wait to visit.
We held part of our company holiday party at Nuance and it was such a success - thanks to Toby, his capable staff, abundant knowledge and fabulous chocolate to taste and to drink. Very successful and wishing the shop continued success!

This place is my new favorite shop in Fort Collins. Their truffles and hot chocolate are wonderful. I can't wait to go back to see what other experiences they offer. I hope they are around for a long time.

This was a great date night experience. Friendly staff, cute cafe, and delicious chocolate. I loved the Origin Chocolate flight where we got to try 5 of their chocolates. Follow the instructions on how to eat it, it really does make the experience. Also, get a French Style hot chocolate. Hands down the best hot chocolate I've had. Hell, try anything, you won't be disappointed!
This is the best chocolate I have ever had. I'm so glad it's in Fort Collins. Great prices for an outstanding product!
Fantastic chocolate!
One of the most unique experiences I have had was the flight of origin chocolate. It was enlightening, delicious and the knowledgeable staff and owner clearly love what they do. This will certainly be in our agenda again the next time we are in Fort Collins!
