The different chocolates are to die for!
We were in on Memorial Day. I had a moment with the owner and asked him if he was the chocolatier. He sternly, yet politely corrected me saying he was the “chocolate maker.” Having thought about this for a week I realized he is wrong too, for “maker” does encapsulate what happens inside my mouth when I eat his chocolate. He is a freaking chocolate wizard! If Nuance is Hogwarts he is freaking Dumbledore. Because it is nothing less than magic to eat his chocolate.
