I just had a molar extracted today and I feel wonderful. Dr. Perez did an excellent job as did Erica, his assistant. Very professional environment and staff...would recommend them to anyone.

8305 Falls of Neuse Rd, Unit 105, Raleigh, NC was a humiliating experience for me and my mom as we presented new Health Care insurance which included surgerical and dental coverage especially for the procedures she was to undergo. We were compelled to sign an agreement that they would not file insurance AFTER submitting the confidential insurance information. 1. For my dental implant, extraction and bone pack was done smoothly. Then the staff told me, I can get the implant without sedation and at the last minute, the dentist refuses, asking me to get another appointment because I had a cup of tea in the morning. 2. My first request at the beginning of the year was to do the entire implant within the same year. They kept postponing to the extent that I quit with them. My dental insurance carrier changed and my expenses went up by $2,000. Do they care?

One is always a bit uptite when having an extraction, no matter how simple it appears to be. No need for that...they are fantastic! I was finished in about a minute and have had no pain since or from the extraction. This is a first class operation and the staff is delightful!
