NTTA is unethical in every regard. I use DFW prepaid parking regularly and it is very common to get double billed by NTTA. It is common for me that this is anywhere from $650 to $1,200. Getting a refund from NTTA for their mistake is next to impossible. NTTA’s policy is a minimum of 35 days to initiate a refund if at all.
