Well I had a appt at 12 noon to drop my car off to replace 2 tire and get a alignment done, I was told to come back at 3pm to pick my car up. I called at 3:30pm to see if my car was ready and the lady told me 30 mins, it is now 4:37pm and I am still waiting on my car. I'm not sure if they are short handed or just slow but I clearly had a appt a thought I would of had my car by now.
In September of 2015 I took my 2010 Chevy Aveo to this location , the mechanic who worked on my car put my drain plug in crooked so it was stripped the next time I took my car to have its oil changed removing the drain plug on my oil pan to crack which cost me nearly a $500 repair I have been contacting them since January of this year and was told by the manager of the store that her district manager would be writing me a check for the cost of the expenses it is now May and I have heard neither hide nor hair I will be going ... read more
