I had a bad experience yesterday in Harker Heights. It had to do with tires after they were rotated last week. The car was vibrating so I drove all the back to see what they can do. The desk worker just touched my tire and said I had bad shocks, nothing else, so my warranty was null. I then took my car to 2 other reputable automotive stores and they didn't see anything with my tires or shocks. Being a female dropping off a vehicle to a shop to trust them not to screw you over can be a very scary thing. Luckily, I know enough about vehicles for me to not be too scared if I have a shop do an oil change if I don't feel like doing it myself. I had an appointment at 12 P.M. last week and got there a few minutes early to make sure I wasn't late. Dropped my car off at 1130 am was told an hour for an oil change it's almost two hours and I'm still waiting...horrible service. Not coming back her again.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I'm surprised to see so many "low" ratings. This shop has done everything possible to accommodate my needs. When my tires weren't balanced (at the cause of another company), they immediately took me in to balance them. When I forgot to bring my coupon for an oil change, the gentleman at the store provided me the credit anyway. They showed me an oil leak I had, which resulted in a recall for my call. They've seriously been great to me. I have to applaud their efforts.
They do not honor the warranty that comes with your tires. Horrible customer service and found the exact tires for 500 less at another tire place.
