Went and had our brakes checked because they had started making a slight grinding noise. We were told there were no issues and that if they did anything they would just be charging us to make the brakes quieter. We even called back to confirm this before pickup, and was assured that was the case, and they didn’t recommend doing anything. Had an appointment a 9 am it is now 1:30 and the so-called manager is still saying 15 mins.Unless you have plenty of time go somewhere else

2 hours or more is the expected wait time to change a valve stem. $30 to do it. when I worked in tires this was something I could do in minutes and we charged 5 bucks.
Had a great experience this morning. Did not have an appointment but Brandon assured us we would get taken care of as soon as possible regardless. He was very helpful in helping me find affordable options to get my car taken care of without attempting to aggressively push any other work / costs on our visit. Thank you NTB!
My truck was running very poorly after an “oil change” at National tire and battery NTB in Roanoke Texas yesterday so I looked to make sure they did not add too much oil. The oil on the dipstick seemed dirty so today I drained it. After 4 miles of driving, it was filthy and no viscosity. I even went and bought a brand new oil drain container to be sure there was no contamination.
