I took my car in for new tire and to look at issue with handling. 451$ later inc a supposedly needed battery. And a quote of 3500$ for repairs ... took to Allen auto 177$ and fixed perfect. They said ntb is notorious for overcharge. Never go

Set an appointment for Alignment and out within an hour! The only suggestion would be to check and confirm the air pressure in tires afterward. Had purchased the 3 year contract. I was able to move it to the new car with no issues. Making an appoint on a slow day is the best tip I can give you.
Terrible, I took my car to have my tire looked that I have a warranty with them. They had my car all day and did not even fix the tire they wanted me to buy 2 new tires from them even thoughI had a nail on the tire that was covered by the warranty.
The service manager is great (Paul), I always am a satisfied customer when I leave here because this store cares about their customers. The service is quick and I know exactly what I'm paying for!
Ntb in Allen did a good job at keeping me informed on my car and walking me through any questions I had about the car I didn't understand. They even go as far as to walk me out to the car to explain what they are talking about and see the issue for myself. They go the extra step in their customer service to make me feel confident I'm not just being ripped off by some car repair shop as most places do. I feel safe leaving my car in their hands.
Gave paul a call at 930.. got set up for 1030 oil change and tire rotation.. kyle greeted me when i got there at 1030.. at 1120 i was in my work truck and back on the job.. friendly service for sure
