I recently went for a car alignment. I had a wonderful experience with customer associate Ben and Brian. They were courteous and friendly. They have answered all my questions patiently.
Let me tell you a story of bolts. I've had two cars into this shop over the past 4 years. Easily spent 5 thousand dollars here since 2016 (one is a Mercedes). I go to them for simple things that anyone can do (tires, brake pads, oil changes, etc). THE CUSTER LOCATION IN MCKINNEY IS TERRIBLE: went to this location today Sat. July 11th 2020 and HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. I called yesterday the 10th and spoke with Avery for a combined estimated 30mins. He was very kind and said "he can price match". I quotes him a price for NEW TIRES I found on eBay and to make me a happy 1st time customer he would honor and beat the price PLUS MOUNT AND BALANCE. We went by to get an inspection today. (Watters Creek in Allen, Tx). They are EXTREMELY racist. We park our Range Rover in front where there are 6 different mechanics looking at us. We waited about 5 minutes, even honked the horn once to make sure they knew we were there to get serviced. One mechanic walks out with a huge beard to get in a black pickup truck, he says “You’re not gonna get our attention” and walks by our car and goes to his truck. When you pay someone to put on rear shocks and check the brakes because you heard grinding. And they say you brakes are good, pads almost new. And we replaced your rear shocks! And you get 600 miles from home and find no bracket bolts in your rear caliper! THANKS NTB!!!! Wtf
BUYER BEWARE! After years of being a loyal NTB customer, I will not use them again. I called NTB Allen at the beginning of May to set an appt and make sure the tires I needed were in stock. In addition to new tires, I explained that I also needed an oil change, an alignment, etc. The guy I spoke with seemed frazzled, he didn't even ask me what tires I wanted.
