Andrew decides to hang up on me today when i asked to speak to a mgr. I called back six times to be exact to the phone just ringing ringing ringing so I go up there because I live 5 minutes from this location I walk in there all three employees sitting in front of the DirecTV watching the game on television so he decides to hang up on me and proceed to watch the game and ignore a paying customer calling back to the store.
RecommendedI would only recommend this place if you don't have to deal with AJ. I went for just an air pressure check. There was one car in the bay and no other customers. I asked him if I should straighten my wheels and with a snappy attitude he said "don't touch it"! His hand was no where near the tire yet. Then when he was done he just walked off and with another attitude turned around and said "you can go". It's not what he said it was his tone as in he was bothered by having to check my tire pressure.
They are the nicest people and care about their customers.
I can’t tell you how important it was for me to get in and out with my tire fixed. David told me that it would be about an hour and a half and when I explained that I needed to pick up my grandson they made it their mission to get it done and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I’m sorry I didn’t get the second guy’s name but the both of them took great care of me and understood my urgency. I will definitely be back.
I went in for an alignment on my truck. Service was fast since there was no waiting and about same price as most place for basic service.
