This business is the worst. Brought company van to have cooling fan replaced and during the repair the tech smashed a bumper sensor. Manager admitted they damaged part then said they fixed it. Spliced wires together to turn off warning light. Dealer had to replace wire harness to fix which was added cost. This place must love screwing customers.
TERRIBLE. Left black oil ALL OVER my gas & brake pedals, floor mat & inner door. When I asked if they had anything to clean it off, the guy just smeared it all around w a red rag & made it worse. Freaking RIDICULOUS! >_<
Went here for an oil change. Was able set an appointment and they had it done in no time.
I'm so disappointed with the customer service at this location. I called on Wednesday, October 11 and spoke to a woman about scheduling an appointment regarding a slow leak in one of my tires. She asked for my phone number and confirmed my name, etc. I made an appointment for Friday, October 11 at 10am. I show up for my appointment with my toddler in tow only to be informed that they do not have my name in the system for an appointment. The customer service at NTB is the worst that I've ever dealt with I quit coming there eight months ago when I got three new tires put on my truck.my Wife brought her car there in the car stayed for 7 hrs yesterday for a 4 tire rotation and a hose fix. At 4:30 they still have not looked at the hose so we left without it being done . I will never ever ever do business again at NTB.
2 words.. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They left my car on and killed the battery and tried telling me the battery was bad
