I will no longer do business with this company.
Just had 37" tires mounted on 22x14" rims. Took them 3 hours to get the tires seated on the rim. Took them another 45 mins to balance all 4 wheels. When I received my wheels I noticed they scratched every single rim in the process! Not to mention EVERY wheel had over 18oz of weight on them and was completely unbalanced!!! Ended up trying to drive to another shop and my truck was shaking so bad a hub ended up going out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I wish I could give them less stars after the 1100$ fuel pump we bought! I understand what they charge an hour for labor, but it only takes an hour or two tops to change a fuel pump and even giving them three hours of labor at 110$ and hour doesn’t add up to 1100$ neither does the entire fuel pump system, we aren’t mechanically inclined so we trusted NTB because we’ve always used them and they HAD been good to us, and after mentioning what we paid to a few people and having them look at us like we were crazy, we priced one..... read more
RecommendedI went in today with an issue with my front window and Rusty and Ben took great care of me. They didn’t try to take advantage of the fact that I don’t know anything about cars. They fixed the problem for a very fair price and seemed happy to do it. First class service guys! Thank you so much!
Really think it’s funny how your manager Rusty acts like he’s all about policies and procedures but is as crooked as he claimed the old manager was, telling potential employees he would give them enough time to drink water to pass drug test among other things. This place has went downhill fast since management changed
Been a loyal customer for several years but that ended yesterday. They take appointments but never keep them, always running hours behind, everything is first-come, every time. No way to treat your regular business - cost you $$$ yesterday and $$$ going forward - Way to go Boys! Went down the road to a competitor and was serviced promptly. Caution --- would stay away from this place.
