Purchased some tires a few years ago & never used the new tire !! Called NTB & spoke with the MANAGER about switching out the new tire so all new tires would match!! Mike removed tire from the wrap Mike continued to say the tire had been on the road but was still wrapped in the wrapper!!! Will never use NTB again they are a rip off $315 for a tuneup and a fuel sysyem tuneup
I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service and overall service quality as I have at this NTB location today. The “store manager” Mike is HIGHLY unprofessional and should not be in a position of management at ANY business location. I will NEVER give this company my business again. Save yourself the mistreatment and aggravation and use another business.
I went in on Monday but the line was too long to wait. I got an appointment for Tuesday at 12:30. I was prompt for my service. I got my car checkes in for 4 tire replacement and an oil change. My car wasn't ready for 5 hours. I had to call multiple times to check on my vehicle. Management was unsympathetic to the situation. I had ro call someone to pick me up. They had appointments scheduled back to back every 30-45 minutes. When I finally got my car back the tire pressure light waa still on, so I had to turn back around to ... read more

It took 6 hrs to get 2 tires and an alignment. I was told at 1:30 pm that my car was next and at 4pm my car had not even been pulled into the bay. When I asked about why my car was not pulled into the bay at 1:30, I was basically called a liar and was told that he never said that to me. I will never go back and will not refer anyone to go. Terrible experience
Great Service! The mechanic Eric was awesome as well as the acting service manager.
