I've been a NTB regular at the (northwoods) location for over a year now and recommend it to all my family and friends but this new guy up front I believe his name is mike or Michael, he was very rude and nasty both of the times I came Saturday and Tuesday never again will I go back here for anything. Mechanical service has been great but the customer service has took a BIG downgrade!
Wow, these people were amazing, I had popped in two days earlier to get my tire inflated they were so helpful and friendly even though they didn't make any money from me, they cautioned me that it might be a slow leak and to keep an eye on it. They were correct and I was back two days later on my way back to Canada, they fit me in, worked quickly kept me posted of the progress and gave me options for a replacement tire. I took my car there for a alignment, tire rotation and balance and even though I had a appointment my car sat in the parking lot for a hour before it was taken to the back. Once it was take back it was given back to me after 20 minutes saying it was "done". I'm SURE they never did anything to my car. Stay away from this place.
Routine oil change done in a timely matter customer service was great and appreciate it thank you so much
I went to NTB on Wednesday night at 6:40 and saw they were open until 7. They were not assisting anyone at the moment and were just sitting around talking. When I asked for an oil change, the one gentleman promptly told me sure thing tomorrow morning at 7. He then told me we close at 7. I told him it was within your hours wondering why they couldn't assist with a simple oil change. They didn't say anything so I left very quickly. I will never go back and encourage anyone else to do the same!
We were customers of Tire Kingdom prior to the name change. Great experience at Dorchester Road location. Greg explained everything and gave me lots of options. Very reasonable. Very happy I chose NTB.
Our car died in the mall parking lot. No one would give us a charge. NTB drove to our car, charged it, put the new battery and we were out back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.
Made an appointment at 11 on Sunday got there at 10:40am was told my appointment was at 12 noon still didn't get out of there till 2pm they did a good job on the alignment but very unorganized
