Halfway through my work day I discovered I had a flat. Since I live about 30 miles away I desperately needed to find the closest shop to get my tire repaired/replaced. I tried Tread Quarters and was turned away. Drove 3 miles to NTB and despite their double booked schedule they cut their lunch breaks short to help me out! Great experience here. I drove around all day Saturday trying to get an oil change and these guys are the only ones who even answered the phone when I called. They couldn’t fit me in that day but fit me in the next day and even accommodated me when I had to push my appointment time back twice with no issue. Service was done in an hour and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg, and they didn’t try to get me to pay for a service I didn’t need unlike a lot of these places.
