I bought two tires and had all the help I needed deciding what was right for me. They were installed while I waited comfortably in the waiting room, and even though they seemed super busy, it didn't take long at all. I'll be going back.
Car ran hot no fluid in radiator 5 nims after I left.
Made an appointment for an oil change. Only one car ahead of us when we arrived. We waited because we had an appointment and figured it would take 30ish minutes. 2 hours later, they finish. No explination as to why it took 2 hours for an oil change. And this isn't the first time we have had an unpleasant experience. Will be taking our vehicles elsewhere.
Grilling out last night I was listening to the truck stereo went inside and forgot about it this morning my truck battery was dead pulled my wife's car over to jump it off in the process of popping the hood i raked a ring off my finger i have had for 37 years I could not find it i took it to NTB they found it. I asked what I owed them they said don't worry about it. We have done business with them for several years we will continue to do so.
The guy with the BMW is the bomb. Give him a raise. :)
They were super busy and shorthanded, but when I went in and needed a nail removed from my tire they were quick to help! Ryan was very pleasant and professional. I will always go back to NTB!
