Avoid this place at all costs. I got my front brakes done here because it was the only place I could get to. To start, it took twice as long as I was told, and they never bled the air out of the brakes after it was finished. Less than 1 week later, the wheel bearing (that they had just installed) fails, destroying my brand new brakes and almost resulting in my entire wheel falling off. Everything!!! Avoid this place!!!
There is always a long wait here for service. I tried phoning today to get an appointment for an oil change and was told there was no need, there would be no wait. Upon arriving they advised the wait would be an hour and a half before they could begin. Not exactly “no wait.”

Flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. David was able to squeeze us in and took great care of us.
Went to NTB today and told them my car was sputtering when I put on the gas and that my check engine light was on. They told me I needed spark plugs and a valve. So when they called me to come pick up my car, they said I really didn’t need the valve. Saved me $300! Thank you NTB. I will be back.
Dropped my truck off at the appointment for 2:30 to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and balanced. The truck was not touched until we stopped by to pick it up at 4:00. And, was not done until 6:00.
