The first question to a customer shouldn't be, "Can you leave it all day?". Who can answer that with a sure, I don't have anything going, let me just leave it here all day. Bad attitude all around. Last time I had my oil changed there it took over two hours.
Third time we've visited this store. Guess we should have known better since the first two experiences were a complete circus. This time was no better. You guys have no idea what customer service or what having an APPOINTMENT means!! Ridiculous! You just lost a customer!
