Just stopped n ask for a couple of old tires to use for an FFA student to hold feed pans, they were put out didn’t give me the time of day. I see why there reviews are so low. Everyone is a potential customer and should be treated as such!
RecommendedThey went over my battery and alternator very thoroughly and did not find any issues. They did not charge me anything
Went in for a simple warranty battery swap. Was first told by the employee that he didn't have time to do it but when I mention it was a warranty fix he quickly answered that he didnt know how to do that and his managers weren't there. Won't be returning back.

I walked in at The NTB at Kemah,Texas. The place is empty. Girl on the phone so I wait for her to finish. She hangs up and proceeds to get on computer at no time even acknowledging my presence with a simple Hello, I'll be with!! So I greet her, Hello with a smile. Her response, You're going to have to wait and continues on the computer. I wait and wait....I'm out of there not before suggesting she learn to acknowledge the paying customers because that's part of the job. I also told her how much the place sucks! I schedule an appointment every time I come in. Today my appointment was at 9:30. Over an hour later and my car still isn’t done. It is a simple oil change. Every time I come I hope for a different outcome but this place is terrible with time management
Terrible customer service.
Miss Bailey is always helpful, never a long ass wait like Discount. Good, quick and courteous service. Juan and Bailey both need a raise!
