I went to a competitor yesterday and was told my drain plug was stripped, and my oil change would require a new oil pan, and would cost $400. I came to NTB today, for a 2nd opinion, they said nothing about my drain plug or any possible damages. They quickly changed my oil without incident and it cost me $24!! I'm thankful these guys were honest, efficient and friendly. Thank you, NTB! �
