I went in explaining that I had a ac compressor clutch whining when it was on. They called back after diagnostic and said it was another 2 pulleys. I had them do the work and when I got it back same noise. They didn’t have the part so they made me believe it was something else. Then they charge me for it. I recommend highly the NTB League City location. I was nervous going to a new tire place but they got me back on the road (early on a Sunday yet) in less than 25 minutes. My tire wasn't damaged after all by the object I picked up and they were honest with me and fixed everything up free of charge.
NTB got me in the door very quickly and even towards the close of business. Adam at the League City Texas stare was very helpful and was very kind
Do not take your car here they will damage parts and then want you to replace them . Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation for 85 dollars ended up at 413 dollars I truly feel as though I have been ripped off and that’s exactly what it is a rip off part that were working that morning suddenly no longer work and need replacing. The amount of disrespect at this store is unreal!!!
I recommend the one on 45 in league City. I won’t ever go to the one in Kemah again. The on 45 was quick and got everything done and fixed the mess the one in Kemah made.
Guys killed the battery in the truck while doing my alignment. Instead of selling me batteries they just lied about the whole thing. Called me 7 hours later said it was fine and now the alternator went out Trying to charge 2 dead group 74 batteries. Thanks a lot nick. Oh he lied about everything when I called to let them know what happen too.
