As a long term NTB customer, what has mattered to me mostly is the one on one relationship that is built so that confidence and commitment is developed. I have been moving around trying different NTB locations just recently due to having a unsatisfactory service. I have to say that the NTB located in League City, Texas which is about a 20 minute drive from my home has been the best ever in customer service and quality. Excellent service. Nick is great. Pricing is at a premium.
Brought my car in cause it had a little camber issue in the driver side. Left with the car pulling right and the steering wheel is set on a 10 degree angle when the car is going straight. Come on?
Let me tell you folks, I was in sells for 40 years, and know how a customer should be treated! There's no dog and pony show here, they tell you up front, what it will cost, their quick, but efficient, and you walk out the door knowing you got the best price, the first time around! I have a Lexus and a Ford Edge, and I trust them to do the job right! The guy's at NTB, they work together, to get the job done, and done right! Thank you Oscar, and the crew at NTB!!!!!
We just recently starting coming to this location. The staff is VERY friendly and answer ALL your questions & concerns. I love that when I make an appointment they are prompt in taking care of you. We were going to another location for years. But they have had a HUGE change in staff from top to bottom and the service went downhill.
I honestly have never encountered a nicer group of mechanics. They helped me out of a mess I created for myself, never once talking down to me (something I've encountered often in the past as a female, unfortunately). They didn't even try to sell me anything extra. Above and beyond in customer service. Put simply, these are good people who do good things. We need to clone these guys!
