On my way back to New York from South Carolina with a car I had just bought. Car ate the front tires, so I had a new set put on, and that place sent me here for an alignment. Professional people here, got me in without appointment on a Saturday. Can't thank you guys enough.
Had good experiences till this past Saturday. Had a tech steal my spy sunglasses out of my truck. Stole them when he was a test drive, cause of course the video won't show it. Stay away from this store.
The manager Chris was so rude to me I wish I could give zero stars. First of all, expect it to take twice as long as they say it will take. Secondly, don't ask Chris for a breakdown of your charges when they don't match the price quoted because he clearly doesn't like that. Plan to either blindly pay whatever they charge you or get yelled at.
This place is a joke I recommend going anywhere else but here. The worst customer service I've ever seen.
My wife took our Toyota Sequoia to the store to have a oil changed and they put the oil filter on too tight after driving 30 miles we noticed the truck had no oil pressure. It leaked 5 quarts of oil all over the engine ,brakes and under the truck. I was upset and the assistant manager said I could take it somewhere else if I didn't calm down.
We brought our boat trailer in for a new tire and left to go to lunch while it was being fixed. After ONE AND A HALF HOURS we were told that they only had one jack and it was holding up another trailer. They were going to "find one". After another 20 min or so, we went to ask what the hold up was and we were told they didn't have any high pressure valve stems. Waste of time!!!
These guys are great. Had a flat and pulled into the IHOP. They let me borrow an air tank to fill it up so I could drive it over. They got me right in and fixed up fast.
