I made my appointment a day in advance. Arrived at my 9:00 am appointment twenty minutes early even with all the Mooresville traffic. Waited almost ten minutes at the desk for the guy to come out from the garage area. He was talking with someone I don't know who. I said I have a 9:00 appointment for a front end alignment. Experienced very good customer service. Prompt service by the techs while receiving updates on my tire change. Heck they even put the jack and donut back away for me!
Customer service doesn't care. After and hour past our appointment vehicle wasn't touch, no apologize no trying to make it better. Got our keys back and still losing our business (forever) the representative still did nothing
They used to have good management and techs. I have given them two more chances hoping they would get their stuff straight. They have failed. I purposely made an appointment for an oil change. After an hour and ten minutes I asked what was taking so long. They gave the excuse of two techs calling in sick and the service manager being out. Ridiculous!!
