Had a tire pressure monitor alarm go off on my 2008 Honda Pilot front passenger’s side tire while out and about. Brought it in to NTB (3285 Virginia Beach Blvd.)tire and service center to get it checked out. The mechanic let me know he found a pinhole leak in the tire. It was repaired and fixed in decent time. Price point to fix was $24.99. Awesome service.
Once again, NTB has come through. I had a large size bolt stuck in my tire and as soon as I showed Jeff, he said instantly, that can be repaired without having to purchase a new tire. I love the transparency and the fact that he didn't give me the round around that I would have to purchase a new tire. I will always recommend NTB Virginia Beach Blvd to all my friends! Thank so much for your great service!
It took 3.5 hours to get a tire change after being quoted 45 minutes. During this time the technician working on the vehicle decided to search the vehicles sealed storage to “find clues” on what work I wanted done. The front desk did not bother to write down which tire had to be replaced and so the wrong tire was replaced. The front desk also confirmed that the wrong size tire would fit the truck when it did not. I normally love NTB but I would run far far away from this location
