This place is a RIP OFF! We've gone there for over 24 years when they had an excellent mechanic there. Since he quit they've gone so far downhill I wouldn't let them work on a toy car! They bent our car key, tried to say we needed the headlights adjusted. When my husband wanted to see how the headlights were off, all of a sudden they were fine. They removed the weights from the tires when they supposedly rotated them and never replaced them. Stay away from Merchants if you value your car!

My experience has not been so good to say the least... bought four new tires with all the bells and whistle promos encouraged at the time... I even asked that they place the one good tire I currently had in the back of my vehicle for me to keep. I pick my vehicle up and was informed they had been very busy along with being asked if the TPMS light had been on? Of course the answer was NO. No lights were on nor had any been on. The worst service I've ever seen. 430 appointment to have two tires changed two and a half hours later tires still haven't been changed. I had to demand that they serve at my car before they brought any others in. The minute I turned around there was my car with no work being done on it again. I witnessed someone come in after me without an appointment to have a tire changed. He has come and gone. And yes my tires has still not been changed. Why an appointment? My recommendation is never come here never have work done!
