Absolutely Terrible service. After sitting there for over a hour and a half I just ask for my keys back. I was purchasing 4 new tires. Only one customer in front of me when I arrived. Never again
There prices are ridiculous. Being a female I do believe they jack the prices up for us.. wanted a price quote on a battery and they told me $282.00 to replace and I thought that’s was insane.. went somewhere else and got it done for way less..
Had my service truck worked on by the NTB off 820 and they evidently could not fix my issue properly or correctly so I spoke to Nate and Trevor at this location and was assured they could get me fixed , it started off a little ruff but Trevor made it right and handled the issues like a professional, Nate is a great guy as well . I will be using this NTB from this point on .
After being a loyal customer for quite sometime we will no longer go back. My husband dropped my vehicle off at 10 am today and picked it up at 5 pm and they literally did nothing. He took it in last week for a nail in the tire and a rotation. When we received it back the vehicle would shake at speeds over 65. He called and checked several times throughout the day and they said they were looking at it. Well they basically lied and what they don’t know is he can see the store from his office.
