I had a bad experience with this location last year, but decided to give them another chance since I have free balancing and rotation for the life of my tires. Big mistake. I had an appointment for 2PM, and as of right now (3:55PM) I am still waiting on my car. They are claiming I have a stripped lug nut and that they are replacing it free of charge. I'm almost willing to bet money that they are the cause of it. I will never bring my car here again. I would much rather pay someone else and not have my time wasted.

I never have a problem when i come in there to get my truck looked at. Everyone is friendly.
Awful. Went online set up an appointment for 09:30 am. Dropped off my car at 7:45 told them I would be back later to get it. After sitting in line listening to the lady tell another customer that appointments come first. I told the lady if something happened and I couldn't make it back before they closed I would call and make a payment. I called at 4:45 to go pick up my car the woman said I was next.........
