I needed to come here for my state inspection! They were timely and polite! Great customer service.
Car had a flat tire on a Sunday and I brought it in around lunchtime. They gave me a good deal on a set of tires, and I was back on the road by 4pm. Grateful for the convenient location, weekend hours, and excellent customer service.
I got great service and my car was ready early. I'm never charged for things I shouldn't be. They frequently do things as a courtesy.
Worst customer service ever, CAROL. Asked one simple question of why the service costed so much and got yelled at that they have to pay rent on the building and pay they're workers, I get that....but that had nothing to do with my question 😒
They were very nice to me. Explained everything that was wrong, even though I already knew the problem. They even finished working earlier then I was told. They were also very accommodating to my dog. Would recommend!
Worst experience the customer service was the worst!!! I will never never come back here again!!! To be yelled at by someone when I ask a question and treated with such disrespect! There are too many places in Roanoke don't go here!!!
