No point in using the online appointment feature. My husband waited around for 6 hours on his one day off for a state inspection that we never received, which we made an online appoint for. Poor customer service. Even though we made the appointment, we kept being told they didn’t do that (even though their website literally allowed us to do so). When I called, the front desk receptionist was rude, unreceptive, and never once apologized for the inconvenience. Don’t waste your time!

RecommendedI see there are a lot of bad reviews here so I thought I would help to raise the score a bit. I got new tires installed on my truck today. Carol was the sales person. No issues, everything was straightforward and as promised. Just went in, paid and went home.

I scheduled my oil change through your website for last Thursday and chose an AVAILABLE time slot of 6pm. I’m working from home currently so I drove out of my way to come to your location. When I arrived, Carol said she thought my appointment was a “fake appointment” because “they don’t take 6pm appointments because there is too much to do in the shop before they close at 7pm”. Replacement was one caliper and one rotor and an oil change $699.00!!! To add insult to injury she then said my cat. Conv. Was bad and needed replaced for $1100.00. Ordered the part and scheduled repairs for 4 weeks later. Get there this morning tell the lady I have an 11:00 for catalytic converter. She wants to know if the part was ordered. I went to National Tire on Nov. 15th as I had a tire I needed patched plus I told them I would like a quote on 4 new tires, as I knew I was going to need new ones before my next car inspection. I can't really recommend or not recommend this company - as they turned me away and told me to go to Firestone down the road because they couldn't get their computer systems to work thus couldn't help me with my tire that needed patched. the short version is I did some brake work on my car but couldn't get the pedal to firm up. Took my car to them and said it probably just needs to be flushed again. The ast. manager agreed and sure enough the pedal felt great. However they missed that my right front caliper was dragging and cause that corner to catch fire. When I called to find out why this issue was missed, they said "you didn't ask us to do a brake inspection". I figured that when you do brake work you'll at least check the system for basic function. Excellent service at the Franklin Road location on a new set of tires! Josiah (manager) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They were super busy, but were able to help me in a timely manner!
Carol was amazing! From the time I called for a same day appointment to get new tires until I left the store, she was involved and helpful! The man who did my alignment was also very friendly! They were accommodating to my emergent situation and I got a great deal on new tires and alignments for a year!
