RecommendedHANDS DOWN best experience I’ve ever had at a shop. I’m absolutely terrified of taking my car in for work. Decided to take my car here for new breaks and some other things, and it could not have went any smoother! I worked with a gentleman named Brandon, he explained everything from top to bottom and made me feel extremely comfortable. My car was done the day I dropped it off, and the work was immaculate! I refuse to take my car anywhere else!

I love this place. I’ve been here for tires, engine work and more. Always satisfied. They do great work on cars and they’re a lot more affordable than other places especially the dealer. The dealer wanted me to pay $400 more for a job than NTB did! Just insane. Love it here, the employees are very nice especially Brandon. He offers great customer service and knows what he’s doing! Highly recommend!

Absolute trash. Had them mount 4 new tires, balance and do a 6 month alignment. 3 months later, wife complains of vibration in steering wheel and takes it in. They literally told us that the problem is caused by cheap tires wearing un-evenly ( 30k mi on the SUV, 3k miles on the new tires...COOPERS that cost $280 each!). They did a "visual alignment check", whatever that is....and claim all wheels are balanced. They charged her $25 to rotate the chewed up front tires and told her thats all they can do until she was ready to b... read more
Excellent service! Always prompt and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle's needs. Comfortable waiting room and convenient location. Always there when I need them, have been going here for years. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle is taken care of while being respectful of the costs involved. I definitely feel like I am in good hands here!
