Seriously this is ridiculous they have 1 technician to work on tires? I was told it would take 2 1/2 hours to service my car, and that's with and appointment, don't dare come without one! Yeah we got a year warranty for the alignment, but it's a hassle just to come in and take advantage of the warranty. And it was a hassle for them to "squeeze" me in the time before to get my tire patched up for a nail. But they are real quick to take your money and it isn't cheap either!
Went today for right in and tire and brakes done right. Anthony was awesome!!!! Thank you!
I loved the fact that even after I left upset I got no apology or nothing like that from the people there. I don't understand how I start my day made an appointment with you guys for 6 PM it's damn near 7 PM and my car was never even seen please do not waste your time with this company
This is the second time I've made an appointment for an oil change and it took almost two hours and I'm not happy at all. No apology for the long wait or nothing. The first time it happened I scheduled an oil change and an inspection. Almost two hours later they hand me my keys but the inspection wasn't done. � The inspection guy went to lunch...WTH?...no apology. Then today almost two hours for a oil change with an appointment...I think I'm done.
When you walk in you are always greeted with a smile. They explain everything that will be done and how long it will take. You get to sit in a room with a tv and glass windows so you can watch them work.
Made an appointment for Sunday, was called and told they could not do the oil change as they where short staffed, showed up today for the appointment and was told they where out of the oil but had a more expensive one in stock. Talk about bait and switch. Have never had a problem at this location until today, I took my keys and left.
Worst experience ever..was told 1.5 hours and still at 2 hours...no service..and all I wanted was an oil change. Had to leave without getting my car service. Hate this location....will stick with the Howard lane location..never any problems at that locatio.
