To start, I have been a shop foreman for Nissan for 15 years and now run my own business for the past 10 years and always do my own work because I don’t trust others to touch my truck. They say 1.5 hours and its taken over 2.5 hours. with 3 year old twins waiting in their building...this is unacceptable.

Just wanted to say Brandon Hill was awesome today. After having issues with NTB in Hutto, he fixed my problem without hesitation. Awesome Service Manager.
good deal on tires and alignment
I am very upset with this company. My 21 yr old son applied for their credit card and then turn around and maxed it out on supposed repairs his car needed. Except they did not fix the issues instead my sons car is in worse condition now. It turns on and then stops after 30 minutes . This is extremely dangerous. They will not refund at least some of the money back. Unsatisfied customer !!
Expect lies and half assed work at this location. I asked if they had time to change a tire and was told yes. Two hours later my car hasn’t moved. Meanwhile I’m overhearing the manager take phone calls from his employees saying they’ll be hours late. Does he update me? Nah. I have to threaten to leave before they pull my car to the service bay. 25 minutes later I can see zero people working on my car. This is absolutely ridiculous.
