Wasted 3 hours getting oil change and antifreeze change no way should it take that long never again
RecommendedI always have a great experience at this location of NTB. They are busy but that’s to be expected, everybody has car needs. They are courteous and always do great work.
Nail in tire on a Sunday. Bad, bad day for an unscheduled repair as very few other options exist. Just over 3 hour wait, but they worked me in. Staff was great - happy and pleasant. Got status updates, so didn’t need to guess.
Picked up my vehicle that had a flat repair, ovened the back hatch to find all my jack and ect left for me to put away Poor service
Love this place....the man of my dreams worked on my car...now if I only knew his name.
I've used this NTB before because it was local and convenient. Never again! I thought they were over priced with "add-ons" that they require. This time I just wanted to replace a broken stem on a tire that was no where near the safety indicators. The service writer insisted that I replace the tire anyways. I explained that I'm just bringing a tire in and they don't have any responsibility for the vehicle I put it on. He still refused unless I bought a tire. I've been a mechanic for 30 years and know my cars. Never going back... read more
Had a great experience! Went for a oil changr and alignment. The mechanic (Jay) saw some minor cosmetic flaws and took care of them at no extra charge. He went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very grateful!
On my way to work this morning in the pouring rain! Rain is good for Texas, we need it! However, apparently rain deflates tires… I'm sure there's a scientific reason ... heat expands tires, rain cools and deflates them?? Anyway, going south on I 35 the tire pressure gauge came on. just in time, I was on able to pull off the highway onto the frontage road right in front of NTB.
