First of all, the sign says oil change and tire rotation is 19.99. I set up an appointment and came in and said I want that special. He said "okay" at the end of the deal it came to 83 dollars! He scammed me!
They were great. Everyone is friendly. They explained what they were doing so I could understand it. I will definitely be going back.
Way overpriced. Want to tag on $300 extra in random useless "extras".
Very poor customer service here, do not recommend Ntb to anyone. Service is painfully slow here and I was unable to get car inspected after making appointment. Apparently the mechanic that does inspections does not work the same hours as the store is open. Every customer in the store was frustrated with the customer service they were receiving. One customer commented it took longer to pay then it did to have the tires installed! This place is a circus !
