I got a great deal on a set of new tires. I got the ones they recommended for my car and I love them! I also love the package that covers everything...even fixing tire leaks! They are very friendly and service oriented. :-)
I made an appointment for 5pm for a basic oil change, not even a tire rotation. And it is 6pm right now as I type this and my car hasn't even been put on the lift yet. An oil change should not take multiple hours especially if you call ahead and make an appointment!!!
I purchased the five-year alignment program. I have had it for many years, and have always gotten a good service from NTB formerly Tire Kingdom-.
Customer service was great. Took car in very quickly and test drove it.
Just took my car to get the oil changed and made an appointment for 4 and was out side talking to my husband for a good 45 minutes and the whole time we were outside the mechanics were standing around talking so I went inside to see what was taking so long and why my car hadn't been took back and told the lady at the front that they were just standing there talking, their excuse was that they ran into a problem, I highly do not recommend this place I waited an hour and still didn't get my oil changed.
