After problems over the years with the Tire Kindom and Merchants... I only went back because of Melissa's kindness, customer service, and willingness to make sure customers are taken care of! She completely restored my faith in the company, and sold me awesome tires and a package I think will greatly benefit me in the long run! She is one of the most knowledgeable people I have talked to and so glad she is the manager in Asheboro!!!
Made an appointment on 10/30 for 5pm, when I arrived I was told there would be a 90 minute wait for an oil change and a tire rotation. Without an appointment that would be an acceptable wait time, but what’s the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait 90 minutes?
This is the best service I’ve ever received from an auto shop! The entire staff is wonderful and they don’t cut corners! A special thank you to the lady owner I’m not good with names but I want to say Michele or Melissa. Her and her staff took a deep investigation into a horrible sound my car was making. The front desk guy (Glen?) was wonderful and entertaining while during my weight. I just went back today for an oil change. I get my oil changed here and Leslie was great, he had great customer service. My car didn’t take too long and they were very nice.

Crappiest place to get any work done! What’s the point to make an appointment when they don’t even schedule it??? & you still have to wait 1.5 for them to even pull your car back?! Will not be back & for anyone else interested in this place the best suggestions is go elsewhere!!! Oh and by the way we didn’t wait the 1.5 hours they said it would it we went elsewhere!! �� Beyond pissed is an understatement! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
I've had nothing put trouble with this place. I took my suv in and had new Michelin tires put on. My front right began going slack within a month. I took it in to be told that my rim was corroded and cutting into the tire. I asked why they didn't see this when they removed the tires to put new ones on. Oddly enough, the old ones they removed never went flat. So, I went a while pumping up my tires and took it back in and they said I needed new tires and I told them about what was said about the rims. They said they sanded it ... read more
Had an issue yestereday with my spare tire compartment. Took the car in and though they had had a very busy, slammed day; they took care of it before they left for the day! Always excellent service.
