Staff are always wonderful
Called to book an appointment at 420 pm on a Monday was on the phone waiting for 2p minutes. Hung up called back at 451pm and the message told me to call back during regular business hours. Madding!!!
Getting an appointment here presents obstacles if you are under 40 (thus one star deduction). It took a great deal of effort to get this booking. However, once I got my foot in the door I was well looked after. They are very efficient and do their best to keep you at your appointed time. The appointment itself took. Less than 10 minutes and they will treat you with dignity. Thank you for looking after me.
I had biopsy on both breaststroke and was never informed of results. They sent results to my doctor who felt no need to inform me of anything because test was benign. I think the clinic should have informed me and my doctor. Guess they only bother if you do have cancer. First time I done the testing and will be the last. As for nursing staff and doctors they were good.
They don’t answer the phone. There is no hold option, you must leave a message and hope they’ll call you back.
