I have always had a good experience with Cook Family Dentistry and this time did not disappointment. Dr. Cook took care of my issue quickly and professionally. I was quite surprised at all of the extra efforts that were made to maintain a safe environment due to COVID. The threat of COVID was taken quite seriously and I was very satisfied with my visit.
Cassie took an ex ray of the tooth that hurt a bit. Thought that was really NEAT.
We were seen on time and great care was taken to ensure our safety and that of office personnel.
The Cook team is always ready for me and caring during my visits. This was my first visit during the Pandemic, every staff member was appropriately prepare in PPE and their plan for seeing patients was excellent, from phone call in the car, to holding room, to their always excellent service. Amanda was great and well prepared to do my cleaning, and Dr. Cook always makes me feel welcome! Thanks for continued excellent work!

Everyone at Cooks Family Dentistry is kind and friendly. Makes what isn’t an enjoyable, yet is a necessary activity much more tolerable. The only negative about the experience are the 8am appointment reminder texts on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
