I recently went for a cleaning and check-up and was impressed with the staff and all of the safety protocols in place during the COVID -19 pandemic. Called upon arrival, was met at the door and taken to an isolation room for temp check, Bp and oxygenation checks. Began cleaning and check up with a special rinse. The hygienist, PK, wore mask and face shield, was courteous and did an excellent job. Dr Cook wore two face masks for the exam. I was in and out with no other interaction in about 40 minutes.
Dr Cook is so kind and caring. My son has a hard time with the dentist and she always makes it easier on him. We are so thankful for her!
It was a very positive experience. I was nervous about going for a dental appointment during the pandemic, but I felt at ease seeing how they were handling the situation with sanitizer, masks and face shields. Social distancing is a little hard for a dental exam.

Great visit! Cassie, my hygienist, was great as always. Staff was very considerate with screening, safety precautions, etc.
I was a little nervous to go in, what with PANDEMIC, but everyone was very properly masked and the accommodations were just what I had hoped for to keep me, and the staff, safe.
Staff was very friendly and they strictly followed their Covid 19 guidelines. They made sure I understood my responsibility as a patient by explaining when to wear a mask and wear to go in their office. My dental cleaning was thorough while the dental hygienist made small talk to pass the time. It was a quick visit but I didn’t feel rushed.
I am always delighted to go to the dentist.... yes it is true. Some people are afraid, some are reluctant, but in my case I always look forward to meet dr. Cook and her team. My hygienist Cassie is not only professional but make me feel special. Dr. Cook work smoothly and easy when she performs an extraction. Indeed any operation are smooth over there.
