Cassie provided excellent service again as usual.
Wonderful service today. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken in and processed immediately. I was segregated in a small room for a few minutes and was then taken to the room for the work to be done. Dr Cook and her assistant were so expedient and professional with the explanations of what was going to happen and the steps to the procedure. My son and I came in for our bi-annual teeth cleaning, which went very well. My son ended up having a small cavity and Dr. Cook graciously took the extra 20 minutes to handle it while we were still there. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to re-schedule until the new year. We have always received excellent care and the staff is great.
My visit for a cleaning and x-rays on Dec. 7 was very, very good. Screened at the door, BP taken, no waiting room time, very efficient cleaning and checkup. Thanks!
Just a routine check up and cleaning. Of course anything this year is not routine. Cook family dentistry has definitely put health and safety precautions in place for their clients and their employees. I have always been satisfied with my visits to cook family dentistry.
