My previous review is for another NRH practice and this Birdeye web-site posted it to the wrong practice twice. I am trying to remove it and have reached out to Bird eye directly. Please disregard until I can get it removed. Leaving a review with 5 stars to balance out the overall rating.

This practice gave my child X-Rays (beyond 1x annual X-Ray) not covered by our insurance without checking with parent waiting in lobby. Additional X-Rays were not discussed in the post-appointment discussion with dentist/parent and we did not know they had occurred until we received the bill. We called the practice to ask what the charge was for and that was the first we heard she had been given these X-Rays. The front office advised they would discuss with dentist and follow-up which did not occur until we received anothe... read more
