Lol. This place has nothing to do with your electric bill. It's a thermal plant which supplies steam for heating and chilled water for cooling to surrounding customers. Quit calling it thinking it's for your electric.
Trash, they knowingly let someone not listed under my account change my service. I figured out that it happened and called to cancel it immediately. Customer service said ohh dont worry we will cancel it no problem. 2 weeks later I get a letter saying my service was switching next billing cycle. Total scam, feel bad for the people who can't figure this stuff out on their own and get taken advantage of.
Same all all said. Bills have double and in a year I paid over $700 extra. Just stick to your regular electricity provider and you’ll be fine.
