This facility does not deserve one star. Novus Salon Suites deserves a MINUS 15 stars but unfortunately that's not an option. My wonderful hairdresser moved to Novus on Coral Way several years ago. Since I love my hairdresser, I followed him to this salon. However, my experience at this salon has been less than ideal. In the past, there has been air conditioning problems, no running water, and today no hot water.
