I went in for a rear glass replacement. Unfortunately my spoiler was damaged during the process. They could have easily sent me on my way and I wouldn't have noticed for some time but they were up front about it. They ordered a new one and replaced it, on their dime. So they do good work and are stand-up people. They will get my business again.
