I ALWAYS LOVE Novu! The tuna tartar is by far my favorite thing to eat on the planet. The rolls are fresh and innovative the drinks are great (lychee hibiscus cocktail is awesome) and the service is sooo friendly and personable.
Best sushi in Peoria definitely recommend!
Don't come in at 715 on Wed night because you'll be annoying the staff with your presence. They're too busy loudly discussing where they're going to party after work. Tuna tartare is great. Should've ordered carry out.
