We went to NOVU for the first time last weekend and enjoyed our lunch tremendously. The restaurant atmosphere is cool and modern. The Sushi was fantastic. The tempura veggie appetizer was delicious especially the cucumber sauce. The California an der rainbow rolls were super fresh and delicious. We'll be back!

This place is beautiful and clean u can see the put lots of time to make it beautiful, The food is amazing , we had Mount Fuji and tuna tartare I had ceviche for appetizer And my Business partner had big platter of everything , love this place I will be back again and again Thank you for coming to Peoria we need a good sushi here
My family dines here weekly. The food selection is outstanding as is the service. The owners are there each time and ask about our experience, which we appreciate. Try the chef selection and one of their craft cocktails, they are amazing

I came here with a friend on a Wednesday around 6pm. We got a table but they were full within minutes! The place is super clean and sheik. We ordered drinks which took a bit, but hey, those drinks were phenomenal I muuuuust say! I got the Tuna TarTare and a Junction Roll, my friend ordered a plethora of rolls.. All in all the experience was great and their sushi is so good! Probably the best sushi anywhere around the Peoria area by far! Well worth it to come here!
