I am a resident at the Ames Street Apartments. I have waited one month to fix my ceiling. Novo Properties has been negligent in responding to any repair requests. I’m now quite fearful of the extensive mold growth that is happening, and even partial roof collapse. I submitted my first request 1/14/19, and have yet to have any repairs done. This is the third time in two months the power has gone out in my building and only my building for hours. Last time it was allowed to be out nearly 3 days. They're determined to provide minimum service for maximum price.
