Their sushi is some of the best I've ever had!!!!!
Really good fusion restaurant. We tried the bulgogi tacos, eggrolls, the novo roll, and the chicken ramen. All were good. I would only recommend some more 'adventurous' veg in the ramen, but thats such a minor thing. Really, the only thing that wasn't 10/10 was the sushi. Not that it was bad, we've just eaten a lot of sushi, and are probably a little snobby about it. All that being said, we are totally going back. This is a great spot to get some new flavor combinations on your pallette.
This has turned into my new favorite place to eat in Springfield. Used to be Nakato but spending $100+ for every meal gets old. Both my wife and I walked out of NoVo with a bill barely over $30 and completely stuffed. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it! Oh and try the Smokey, hot and sexy roll, so good!
We have eaten here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The food is amazing, the owner who is also the waiter has been excellent every time. The Ramen noodles is Huge and delicious I have recommended it to everyone I know
